"I own A1 Auto & Toy Repair in Bigrapids. I purchased on 12/5/22. A motor for my customer. 350 for motor 150 parts and labor warranty. Invoice 752228. Motor had a bad headgasket. Filed a complaint with economy auto parts. Told motor would be located. It's been months back in forth can't find one. Now we have been told they can't find our invoice. Now they won't answer there phone. I and my customer will be filing breach of contract and warranty neglect to for fill there obligation. Along with attorney fees. And lost of income"

"So I literally just called on 10/30/2020 at 9:10 in the morning. Now I'm a mechanic, and I've delta with customers. But I called and asked about a part, and the man who picked up literally just said " we ain't got that and hung up ". Now I'm not an expert but he did no research of whats in stock and to just hang up abruptly is pretty rude. But hey best wishes to your company and I see why you have a 3 star rating"
