"worth wayyy more than 5 stars. from the moment she answered the phone when i called with an inquiry days before, to wishing me goodnight after my tire was fixed, julie was absolutely wonderful. she and everyone else were SO nice, professional, and thorough. i was in the lobby for a couple hours with my wait and watching her, as well as the rest of the staff, interact with customers & take their safety so seriously was amazing. definitely will be recommending them to everyone in the future, and will be the only place i bring my car from now on!"

"Loyal customer for decades, bought tires from Bill himself, called a day ahead, drove 25 miles, waited two hours, apparently my business isnt important , mean time someone comes who knows an employee, they didnt even need to go into the office, no waiting for them, here comes a tech with a jack for her. "I had my very first visit here 5 days ago. They are extremely busy, but were able to get me in within a couple of weeks, for a set of new tires. On the phone, I spoke with Julie from the front desk. She was very nice, knowledgeable and so helpful. The day of my appointment, they got my truck in right away and said it would be about an hour to an hour and 20 minutes. It didn't even take them an hour to get all 4 tires mounted and squared away.. Everyone at Ginman was so very nice. They even found some slight "issues" with my vehicle and even though they weren't capable of fixing those problems, they told me exactly what was wrong that I needed fixed and even suggested a couple of places where I could take my truck to get it fixed! I have NEVER had a mechanic do that before! I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the service I received here and I most certainly will NOT be going anywhere else in my future! They let me stop in at my convenience for the retorque and when I thought there was an issue with my front tires this morning, they got me right in to check into it (this was my blonde moment for the Day and there was nothing they did wrong lol) but they were quick to want to make things right and look into it. I appreciated that so much more than they know! They even give you a window cling to remind you when you need to have your tires rotated! They definitely care about their customers and the work they do, you can tell by the pride they put into it and the fact that they were so busy, tells me that I am not the only one who knows they are great at what they do! I highly recommend them for anything you need done that they are capable of doing! GO TO GINMAN!! I'm telling everyone I know to do the same! If I could give them ten stars, I would!!! They're the best!"
