"Had an appointment today for new tires. This place was great at first and repaired our brakes and set up a payment plan. Things happened and the last payment became delinquent. I apologized and we remedied the payment. But because of the last payment being late, we no longer qualified for a payment plan. So the amount we were hung up on was a whooping $40. Now you’ve lost a sale of over a $1.000. The person I had the misfortune of encountering was rude and condescending. Customer service 101, when the customer is frustrated NEVER match the energy of the upset customer. So this very nice guy named Austin came out to smooth over the exchange with the rude and condescending person. Although, I appreciate his efforts. I will NEVER utilize their services again. I’m not unreasonable and I understand policy. But how she spoke to me was insane. They definitely need more customer service training and more decent employees like Austin. Thanks for trying to help, but NEVER again will we use this outfit."
