"I was really happy to find out Walmart had this auto center. It’s close to my house and I really needed somewhere in this area I could trust. I had an issue with a tire light, so I called this location and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, great service. The price was super reasonable and they got me in and out in about an hour. I was very happy. That is until I checked out and got my paperwork. I had emphasized multiple times I needed the fluids checked, specifically the transmission fluid. I probably said 4 times at the drop off and pick up that I needed the T fluid checked. I confirmed that the fluids had been checked. I paid, got my paperwork, went to my car and looked at the services and it said transmission fluid: declined. I went back in to ask, and the woman told me that oh sometimes they can’t check transmissions. Okay, so which is it? What did I pay for? You told me it was done, turns out it wasn’t then the story changed. I got home and decided to check on the other fluids. They were pretty much borderline empty. I’m not sure what I paid for here, but it’s the worst case scenario to be a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, and not be able to trust the auto shop you’re working with to be transparent with you. Won’t be back here since I can’t gamble on paying for services that aren’t done despite them telling me it was. Only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because they were nice and time efficient."

"Got an oil change and was confused about the process, as in where to put my car and the workers there explained it to me. Gotta pull into the parking spots and go inside where they will drive your car inside for you while you shop. Very affordable for oil changes also."

"I went to the Walmart on Sherman originally and the gentleman rudely turned me away and directed me to the store on Henry where they had more staff and could change it. This man lied to me, the Henry st location handled the situation so well. Even though they closed their auto center at center at 6, they still got my car in and helped. My tire couldn't hold any air and you could hear the air coming out of it. Thank you HENRY ST LOCATION FOR BEING AMAZING!"
