"Kelly was there the day I came in and she was extremely rude didn't greet us. She seemed under the influence of something she couldn't walk straight. Gave me parts that were not even for the correct make and model. Don't understand how a 1992 wrangler is the same as 2023 Chevy unsure how I need a light bulb turns into a lamp fixture. She made it into a joke like it was my fault she was wrong and my resposabily to see what she was looking at on the compute. Will never go there again will she is there. I will be spreading the word."

"Notorious for putting uneducated employees behind the counter that have no business in the field of auto repair. Sold me the wrong parts many times and most recently sold me the wrong starter for my vehicle. Installed it 3 times thinking it was something I was doing wrong and finally took it back. Got my refund after convincing them that the starter they gave me was incorrect. Went to O’Reillys auto parts and they said the starter they sold me was different and gave me the correct one. Now I am on the road again after wasting a whole day farting around trying to figure why the new starter was not working in my truck due to auto zones ignorance. I am done with auto-zone they have failed too many times go where they actually hire people that know about cars! And this particular location is the worse one in town stuck on stupid! Non of them know anything about cars!"
