"Avoid at all costs! Will never waste my time or money going here again because almost every time I come they mess up my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso like they did this morning (90% of my orders no matter how simple they are end up wrong) also my drink had no tag on it so I genuinely have no clue what I was served.) I have no clue what they gave me but I threw it right back up and it tasted like a dash of oatmilk and nothing but syrup with no coffee and idk how my danish was cold already by the time I got from the window to the edge of the road? ended up spending my money yet again for disappointing food and service. most of the workers they just act like you’re an inconvenience by just showing up because they have to do their job. Last time I checked attitude doesn’t come with my order. If you don’t like customer service get out of it???? I’d rather go to any other Starbucks than this one!!!! Just plain trash."
"Went through one just recently, and none of the sandwiches were available except cheese. They forgot to put ice in my ice mocha. And I couldn't even get a receipt, I guess, because it wasn't printing that day. Was really hungry and wanted some meat, but all I could buy since they said they hadn't had any of their meat sandwiches for a few days actually was a thin cheese sandwich for way too much money. Wasn't impressed."
"The store manager has made everything worse with this store! She has a poor attitude towards customers, does not give a carp about her employees nor their outside lives and she doesn’t care about accountability, accuracy or integrity. She has made this store what she is and this is a horrible person to be a boss or store manager! Who hired the lady? That store manager didn’t care about replacing my order and it took over an hour for her to do it! I asked her politely if it was ready and she quoted “it will be ready when I get to it and when I said it is ready!” I didn’t know if she was the store manager until I asked for a manager and she said loudly “I am the store manager!” She makes other employees copy her energy and makes the store look bad as a whole . Granted there are a couple that were generous enough to take care of their customers politely but she is a poor person! I will never go when she is there!"
"They have the best bacon egg bites! They have outdoor seating too! Nice location the people are so nice. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door! I do mobile ordering my order is ready very fast!!"
