"They mess with people's food here. They had to remake it 3x and staff was angry over that, snatching bag out my hands everytime. Throwing new bag hard down on counter... its there mistakes....then I got food that looked spit on or something gross in It, its disgusting. They treat you so rude. Owner KAREEM doesn't care at all as long as he rakes money in. No I'm sorry or ill address the staff and professionalism at all. Wich is a huge thing. He Just said if you want it remade make sure you bring recipe in. Really?!? Hell no I don't wanna ever come back there."

"Worst location. Employees play games with food. Ordered fish plain and was given sandwich drenched in tarter. I mean intentionally drenched the wrapper was full. It was even ontop the bun!! The employees were laughing hysterical when I pulled off at window and now I know why. So childish. I came back and explained nothing on it and the blonde young manager said ok I need a receipt to verify you ordered it that way or nothing I can do. I wasn't given a receipt and i live a block up i cane right back. The drive through girl said yes she rembered me...like what?! She said its there policy. Im like Who would order this like this qnd show her. She snatched bag from me went to back and came back up and said yes sorry without receipt nothing we can do for you. Will not go back there ever. Who knows what else they do."

"I will say The Morning people are Kind. But them Kids and the afternoon. Are rude. The Food iS Cold. Messed up EVERY TIME. I hate going here. But. Its convenient for my son. Who eats the food. I usually only get Breakfast myself. But food is GARBAGE EVERY SINGLE TIME after 12 pm."

Their lack of courtesy made the experience deeply unpleasant. It’s a shame that such a well-known establishment would allow such dismal customer service to tarnish its reputation. I won’t be returning anytime soon."

"**THIEVES WORK HERE** Warning, DO NOT GO HERE!!! First red flag, the employee struggled to take my order in the drive thru. And I mean STRUGGLED! After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I finally get to the last window. I gave the young white girl my debit card, to my knowledge she gave it back to me with my receipt. And I waited another 7 minutes at the window to get my food. I checked it, left. When I got to the gas station I discovered she never gave it back. I immediately called, asked to talk to the manager and at first he pretended he didn't know what happened. I zoomed back up there. No one was in line inside, asked again for the manager. He took his time, was highly rude and said it wasn't there. Then someone in the back told him it was. I asked for the young girls name, he refused. I asked him his name. He refused. The whole situation was sketchy and it seemed like they didn't care or was trying to take it. Don't waste your money on slow service with incompetent employees here. You'll regret it"
