"Went through the drive through with my boyfriend, the cashier was completely rude and unprofessional. We asked to add something to the order and she jumped up and down as if she was a toddler having a fit. We said forget it then and she rudely handed our food out the window. She’s a black woman and wears the big coat! Don’t recommend that place!"
"First off if I could give zero stars you can bet I would, I just left this place and first thing if your gonna have someone speaking into the mic for the drive thru make sure they can actually talk and not whisper and able to speak clearly. Second I’ve worked at one of these places before and it isn’t that hard to go through and make a CASH transition into a card transaction so there’s no reason I didn’t get my card right there and then, then for I’m guessing the manager to come out after me and my friends were being a little bit loud questioning why we didn’t get our card right there and then and for her to come out and practically scream at us is ridiculous I have to say the only person that was good in that place that I seen is the young man that brought out our food out. Wendy’s pick better management and better workers thank you."
"Service was great food was hot I was in and out. The store was very clean . I'll be going back real soon. Alot better atmosphere than the store located at telegraph and Van Born, they really need to work on their attitudes and service."
"I was not happy. Ate in the dining room, it was so cold. Got a 5 for 5. It's the way I am go with my granddaughters. She ate the nuggets and fries. I had the sandwich, didn't eat it. The problem was the place was so cold. And the manager was talking so loud to ex-crew member. Told him to bring a note from the doctors and that he was off the schedule. Then complain about him when he left. Not something I really wanted to hear."
