"Drove 10mins out of my way to get food on my way home from work. Website says 24hrs and cars in the drive thru. Got turned away because "they're only accepting mobile orders and doordash". Ridiculous."

"I’ve sat here for about 45 minutes waiting for my food … nobody’s asked what I’ve ordered nobody has apologized for the delay nothing .. all the people inside of there are ignorant and just goof around. Personally my opinion is that they need to get new employees. Very unsatisfied."
"If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. Emily or whatever her name is. is by far the rudest individual you will ever come across here. She's disgusting and she uses her mother being the GM as a way to misuse and mistreat the people she manages. Spend your money somewhere else or even a location owned by someone else. Zero stars is the rating. She's garbage and has put a bad taste in my mouth for the franchise. Last name Cauchi. Report her."
"They never get orders right. They constantly ask you to pull up and wait. I told her I would not pull up and wait because the previous day I pulled up and waited 26 min for my food. The reasons they ask.you to pull up and wait is because they are on a timer and it's a way to cheat the timer. So as I watched everyone behind me get food it was annoying. When my food was given to me it was absolutely not correct in any way at all. The receipt showed one thing the food totally gross. For anyone else who gets fast food just know you are under obligation at all to pull into a spot to wait. I would also like to add because I refused to pull up for another 26 min order they girl at the window was talking trash and being very disrespectful. The order both times was only 2 big Mac's no lettuce and extra sauce. No drink no fries just burgers. So yeah I would not dine here again if I was paid too. Negative 10 stars."
