"Staff was fast and friendly. The Mediterranean meal from "Warm Bowls" was absolutely beautifully made and delicious. This exceeded any other item I have ever bought in the past. This location's lobby could use a little TLC."
"Second time I've been to this location. Food was ok this time. I usually get a chicken Cobb but I got soup and half sandwich this time. Soup was not hot chicken rice. Cynthia was great she is an asset to this store. The restaurant was busy, unfortunately not well maintained as far as cleanliness. It's the second time I've noticed that at this location. It seemed odd to me that the company doesn't make the staff wear hair nets while they prepare food. They are visible to patrons during their food preparation. Bathroom ( women's) and dining area definitely need attention. I saw a lot of staff , meaning at least 6 people on the line that maybe one could have been sent out to clean dining area by the supervisor on duty."
"Unfortunately this place was very underwhelming. The tables and chairs had clearly not been wiped down/cleaned in a while, at least where we were sitting. There was very limited options out. My sandwich was missing a main item and the woman behind the pick up counter was on her phone the entire time when we picked up our order and while I waited for the missing item. The manager was also yelling at a young lady and made her cry while we were eating. Probably won’t be back to this location. Giving 2 stars just for the food being hot."
"I thought it was a clean and friendly service. Except my soup was not warm when I got it. When I asked if they would warm it, they told me there is a microwave under this shelf, by the coffee, and I could use that. Well, it was hard to use because it was so low under the coffee. Crazy.. They should of just warmed it since they brought it to me cold. Anyone could burn themselves. Besides that it was a very nice place to eat."
