"Went through the drive through at 3:10pm on Tuesday January 2nd. Nobody took my order. I tried calling, no answer. There was no sign on the drive through speaker. The building appeard empty."

"I ordered from this location on their app a few weeks ago and when I got to the store to pick up the order the door was locked. I then went through the drive-thru. When I pulled up no one said anything for a good while then they lazily greeted me. I told them that I was picking up an order and they were silent and rudely asked “umm are you sure you placed the order here because we don’t have any orders”? I told them that I was sure because I had the receipt and asked if they wanted to see it. They told me to pull up to the window. When I got to the window they continued to be rude and refused to make the order that I paid for. They told me that they had no control over the app and told me that I had to contact support in the app. I contacted support who then did not refund the order but gave me points to replace the order. I have attempted to use the points at another store after this incident and was still not able to receive my order after I could not redeem the points for some reason. I even had the cashier try to help me redeem them. So Tim Horton’s has just stole my money and I did not get anything in return. I have been speaking with support about them issue through the app and they still did not resolve the issue so I am just out if my money. I already do not prefer TH but it was on my way to work and they just proved why the place is not my first choice. I will not be supporting Tim Horton’s going forward."
