Tim Hortons

"I went here yesterday and everything was great, came back today at 12pm thru the drive thru and the girl who took my order was the most rudest person I've ever encountered. I left before finishing my order because of her rudeness. I then called to speak with a manager, she answered the phone. Told me no manager was on staff, she wouldn't give me her name or store number and then hung up right on me. I called corporate. This is unacceptable. I hope the owners actually check these because you're losing alot of business because of your horrible employees."

"I never experienced such rude customer service through a drive through. They do not say good morning, good after etc or thank you for visiting their location. Rather, they tell you to "go ahead" in a rude tone when you pull up to the speaker and once you’re done ordering they say "pull forward" as if they are the most miserable people working. At the window there is no hello or upbeat tone in their voice either and of course never ever provide a receipt because they don’t want you to know the cashiers name or leave a review. I work in customer service and personally would be mortified having these types of employees on my team."

"Probably the rudest service at tim hortons, on a comfort food kinda day. Besides that unlike every other tim hortons apparently they charge you to substitute one cheese for a different type on your sandwich, kinda seems wrong."

"I don’t know what the lady’s problem was, if she was on drugs or just simply just that worthless and unprofessional of an employee, but she needs to be fired and not employed by anyone. I should have known something was wrong by how ignorant and unprofessional she sounded on the intercom. She started screaming in the intercom asking “we have raspberry flavor?”, when I ordered a raspberry iced coffee which is simply iced coffee with a bit of raspberry flavor rather than the typical French vanilla or whatever. When I get up to the front it looks like strawberry milk. I tried to tell her something was wrong that i just wanted the flavor in my coffee but it apparently was way too much. She rolls her eyes at me, walks away and proceeds to yell and say “you said you wanted raspberry iced coffee….shouldn’t have said that….” Another employee asks if I wanted it remade, I said to just pls make a med French vanilla iced coffee instead (since apparently they don’t know how to do their own jobs there). She proceeds to give me a hot, sugared down coffee. Meanwhile o am waiting on manager I requested. I let the manager know that I don’t know what that lady’s issue is but she is most unprofessional person I have ever encountered & needs to be reprimanded. All the manager says is, “she will be”. I didn’t expect anything to be done honestly since the lady was so loud with her antics that apparently the manager thinks it is ok. I hardly ever leave reviews but had to here and also was prompted to call corporate. It’s bad enough this location closes when they want to…never is open beyond 6 or 7 when they are supposed to be open until 10. I won’t be back at all to this location and since other locations are further, Tim Hortons will lose a lot of business because of this disgrace of an employee. I believe they need to drug test her (though I know that’s not done in this job roles). I would hope there is at least a reason why she doesn’t know how to conduct herself."
