"25+ minute wait for two drinks each of the last three times I went. Walk in, order right away, and then watch them make 10+ straight drive thru orders lmao. Support a local coffee shop anyway and not this genocide supporting corporation."

"I use the Starbucks app and mobile order my drink at every Starbucks and the app gives me a certain time my drink will be ready by and it is always ready and waiting on the pick up counter at every Starbucks location EXCEPT for this one. It always takes an additional 10 minutes at least. On top of my singular drink order taking a large amount of time to be made, it comes out and does not taste right. Every other Starbucks location my order tastes the exact same so I always know what I am getting and paying for. This location is noticeably worse than others in a lot of aspects."

"My visit to Starbucks was quite frustrating as my single drink took an exceptionally long time to prepare, even with no other customers in the store. The employees seemed more interested in chatting and goofing off than efficiently handling orders, leading to a disappointing experience."

"The he she that works the drive thru is rude as f! I tell it my orders wrong and it proceeds to tell me it's not, I said no its missing this, it says no, I say I order this several times a week I know how it should taste. But instead of apologizing and saying I'll have that remade for u it went back and forth with me. No I wasn't going to let it go I paid for these extras. It finally said uhhh fine whatever and slammed the window on me! When it came back I said thank u and it said whatever again and slammed the window! This is not normal for this location that I have been coming to for years, but it is a pattern for this worker. My boyfriend came home with some Starbucks and said the person in the drive thru was rude for no reason, I said guy or girl? He said he didn't know, so I knew exactly who he was referring to. I feel if u are having a bad day call off, dont take it out on customers, but I feel this person is always having a bad bad, 3 times now very rude. Working with the public isn't for u sir mam."

"I feel like a stipulation of working here is you have to be super rude and standoffish. I have never experienced a nice barista here ever. I came in today awkwardly waiting a long time by the counter to order, while two barista ignored eye contact with me and the cashier completely ignored me and just kept sweeping. Finally after ordering and waiting to receive my drink the barista sets my drink on the counter and realizes it's made in the wrong size. Instead of re making it or adding the right amount of each ingredient to at least make the next size up she just dumps one liquid into it to stretch it to the next size. I work at a coffee shop, I know that there is a different drink recipe for each size, if you make the wrong size you remake it or AT LEAST add the correct amount of each ingredient to make the recipe correct for the next size. So after being ignored, the rude customer service, and the drink clearly being made incorrectly, it was not worth the overpriced drink in the end."
