"Beth, the barista, was super amazing! I got there a few minutes before they opened and she let me come in and set up my computer and get comfortable. She chatted with me for a minute and totally made my day so much brighter! The store was also well put together and created the perfect atmosphere for class. I didn't eat anything, but the drink was amazing!"

"I’m looking at the coffee and too upset to drink it. In the about 10 times I’ve been here, I’ve ordered just one kind drink, a latte with an EXTRA shot of espresso. Half that time this simple order is messed up with a creamy drink that has barely any coffee! My drinks have been remade when I complain but today, I am in no mood to speak with them and furious! I just need a drink and not a back and forth with people who are ever so impatient to listen!"
