"This Wednesday is the only time I’ve ever had a fast food restaurant. Admit that they messed up my order and then refused to fix it. I think this is the single worst fast food restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I have worked food and usually don’t leave negative reviews like this, but maybe just skip it or if you’re really craving Wendy’s drive to the other location"
"I showed up a little early to get something to eat before work (2 cars ahead of me) and after 12 mins, I decided to leave so I wouldn’t be late. They’re always understaffed and not paid enough. Adding $1 raise will make a difference in staff quantity"
"Woman at the window was rude and kept interrupting. She seemed like she couldn't figure out their computer system and was almost swear at us because of it. She also gave a dirty look when we asked for a drink carrier. The only saving grace was the food was pretty good (not good enough to want to deal with that kind of customer service again)."
"I love Wendy's, this location never opens the dine in ? Something is going on at this location something needs to be investigated. At during the days hours, has been like that for more then 4 weeks. Some customers want to sit down to have lunch, had to drive to another, Wendy's to dine in and it was very clean and fast service also. Please open the dinning room."
