"I went for my online order. They wanted me to pull up to front door and I did, and one of lady came told me go back around and tell your code. It was you who want me to pull up to front without saying the code. So I said why I have to give back and she asked my code, and I didn’t catch cuz she mumbled. Then she sighed and just closed the window so loud and other lady came to me and she got my order. She was so rude and disrespectful. This service was ridiculous and horrible ever in my life."

"Garbage. I placed on online order at 5:55AM according to the app and their signs they open at 5, I sat at the order speaker for about 10 minutes after placing the online order and got no response then went to both windows where they said they were closed, didn't say when they open, bit they would bring me the hashbrowns and never did. Would never recommend for anything"

"Went in orders breakfast items with friends. Felt like the front counter was an after thought, but it looked like they were limited on staff. They took the order, but as soon as it was bagged, placed on the counter as they seemed rushed. It took longer for my friends meal but it was done correctly. All of our meals were proper and fresh. Just took a bit extra. It needs a more personal touch with thanking the customer and not just throwing the bag of food down. Welcoming if what McDonald's is known for should be consistent."

"Ive never been so disrespected as black man at McDonald's eff 3811 Carpenter Rd, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 McDonald's they was rude wouldn't accept my order and i walk in the cold from the tesla charging station never ever will i eat there. I felt like the wouldn't take my order because i am black i had to take off before going off. Forget this McDonald's! And these where managers serving me! They need new staff here all around!!!"

"Placed a mobile app order 12/15/23 at 824am at 3811 Carpenter Rd in Ypsilanti. Upon pickup, I discovered I arrived at the wrong location. I contacted the correct location spoke to the manager to explain my situation and was told they don't have my mobile order but the app and my bank account confirmed it. I placed an in store order at the location I was at. Called the store I placed my mobile order at again to confirm they had my mobile order which I was interested in canceling and was told for the 2nd time, they did not have my order. At the risk of being late to work I drove there anyway to discover my order sitting on the counter. When I asked to speak to the manager in person this time, and she acted as though she had no idea what I was talking about or why I may have been upset about being told they didn't have my order when in fact they did! The mobile app doesn't provide cancelations or refunds and when I received the order the receipts on the bag and in the bag, both have no store info only the order. My name as it appears on the mobile app is replaced with Valued Customer when I'm a registered McDonald's app user and the survey code didn't work so I could share my experience for corporate to see!"
