"Wow! Place mobile order waited 30 minutes!! Ended up going inside to get my food. To only get treated very rudely! That Lena needs to be fired!! She’s a very nasty rude person!! "I have had consistent issues with my orders at this location. My most recent today, I asked for my food to be "made to order" and I received a large fry and small happy meal fry that was cold & old. My 5 year would not eat the fries. I ordered a large strawberry smoothie and it was extremely watery. There doesn't seem to be a good McDonalds location in Ypsilanti, this location surely isn't."

"This place is always packed and always executes. Would like to thank everyone associated with this location. You've renewed my faith in McDonald's not once but twice. I ordered from the app for pick up and didn't wait more than 5 minutes. The order was picky and meticulous... I did have some onions on my burger but I'm not complaining."
