"First off let me start by saying, I’m not mad! I’m just disappointed! The quality and level of service these days is just outrageous. I came in to this Starbucks location the other day to treat myself with a delicious beverage. The attitude of these employees was horrible. Then on top of it I got my beverage and there was more ice in my drink than actual coffee. The titanic sunk with less ice than what was in my drink. Four sips and it was gone. 7$ I’ll never get back. Needless to say I will not be back."

"I’ve gone to this Starbucks for years and today was the best experience out of all them. One of the most nicest and sweetest workers, Cal made this experience remarkable/rememberable. Cal works hard behind the counter making drinks and does a very good job at it (I got a vanilla bean frappe) it taste amazing!! Cal has sometimes worked the drive through when I’ve came by and he was outstanding. He gives off the personality of someone you want to get to know and the type of person who makes me want to keep coming back to this Starbucks location. Out of all the Brighton locations for Starbucks the one stand alone on Grand River is the best! Thanks Cal for making my experience here even better!"
"I just love Starbucks & the staff here at this location are friendly and nice. There is a wait but that’s at every one. The line moves at a good pace. Drinks are always made correctly. The bacon & egg bites are my FAVORITE!"
