"Waited in drive through and they brought out a drink without ice?! Then the person ran back inside quickly. Got home and the drink was entirely the wrong drink. This location needs to focus a little more on quality."
"Didn't know order through drive thru. Showed receipt. Told them also. Still got the order wrong....again....I've never had food come from this location and be right. Or right temperature. I get it Fast food. I knew not go here and give it a chance again."
"I waited in line for 20 minutes total and still never got to place an order. After watching several cars get pulled through line 2 I simply gave up waiting and left. Both lines were active as I first pulled in so it wasn't like I had pulled up to a closed lane. I do completely understand being short staffed as I too deal with it daily but come on people there was no good reason to just stop taking orders from one line."
"27 min wait to get the coldest burger and fries in town. Treat yourself to ugly, angry cashiers that rush to get it wrong. Only here, only at Leed rd MCDONALD'S!!!"
"I understand it was late and there weren't many people working, but it took over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged in the drive thru. After that wait and the wait in line you would think they would make sure out food was correct and fresh, which it was not. I live about 5 mins away and the buns to our sandwiches were rock hard by the time I got home. Worst experience at a fast food place yet."
