"They messed up our online order. Requested no Feta cheese on a sandwich but they put it on. The French onion soup was missing the cheese and croutons, so it was basically onions and broth. Of course we discovered all this after bringing the order home. Had to drive all the way back. Lesson learned. Very disappointing. Check your order before leaving."
"I go to Panera often. My daughter and her friend ordered salads, and they really were less than generous with the serving size. If you want to save money, don't skimp out on the salads. Hopefully, this was just a one time thing."
"We got catering for our office and was amazed with how amazing it was! The box lunches were perfect and worked so well for a smaller office that loves all different things. We also were delighted by how kind our delivery driver Cindy was! A water had been left behind, and without us even asking she came back with an apology gift to bring the water! We are astounded by the customer service that Cindy provided!"
