"Coming to Joe Kool's of Brighton is the highlight of our week! Trivia Tuesdays has got to be our personal favorite time to come visit our FAVORITE server Caleb. Not only is the food great all while in such a wonderful atmosphere but our server Caleb always makes the experience worth coming back! Definitely try their crispy onion rings with the burger. Favorite restaurant, hands down."

"Never been to Joe Kool’s? You HAVE to try it. From the minute you walk in, you are overtaken by the atmosphere. Not only is it inviting but the amount of chatter, laughter and overall warm smiles from each of the staff members makes this place one of my favorites. Looking to catch a game or two? No worries! They have plenty of tvs located throughout the place to provide the perfect game experience. Now let’s talk about food, my favorite part. If you like a little heat mixed with creamy goodness then the Buffalo Mac and Cheese is a must have. Hands down my favorite item on the menu. Although the Caribbean Jerk Chicken pizza is a close second. It’s the perfect mix between tropical and home style flavors. To top off the fantastic meal, our server Caleb was a phenomenal waiter. Always checking in and making sure we had what we needed. Not only can he make you laugh but he can walk you through the menu with recommendations on some of his favorites to find you the perfect dish. He made our experience so enjoyable and I would definitely go back again."

"If you like basic gray decor mixed with an overload of tv screens then you'll love this place. I counted over 25 tv screens all around the perimeter and over our heads and one really big one behind the bar that reminded me of a movie theater. Only this one was bisected with lines from the individual tv screens. This kind of place caters strictly to the sports person. It's a niche place. It does say Sports Bar right over the outside door so what was I expecting? Probably a bit more variety and interest. I've been to cozy Sports Bars. This place isn't cozy. It's in-your-face sports tvs on steroids. I saw that Novi is also getting a Joe Kool's in the old Fridays TGIF building and I thought I'd check it out in Brighton first. Our waitress said the Novi one will be more family orientated and less 'sports food' (which to me means greasy fried stuff with lots of cheese.) Maybe I'll peek in first when it opens because an evening here wasn't delightful to me and I was missing 60 minutes which was playing on ONLY one television with no sound or even closed captioning. Also, the ladies room wasn't clean and the hands free kick plate door opener on the bottom of the ladies room door didn't work. Not Kool."
