"If I could give zero stars I would. Rudest Starbucks ever in the rudest Kroger ever. I should not be surprised that the employee didn't acknowledge I was standing there for over 3 minutes. She was making one drink and one microwaved sandwich. A simple "hello, I'll be right with you" would have made all of the difference in the world. You guys are seriously slacking."
"I am very disappointed and mad right now. i placed a mobile order for this starbucks and i get there and they say they dont have the order , i even showed them that i was at the right location and that i actually made a order and Jan the manager still refused to do anything so she made me rebuy my drink and then she proceeds to ring it up wrong and argue with me about the price when the price i paid for the drink its literally on the mobile order i had to spend $20 on a $5 drink"
