"I absolutely loved the doctor here, but the front desk staff are rude and clueless. I ended up getting overcharged many times here since they don’t use an electronic filing system here. All medical records and billing are physically filed. I fought many times with them even showing my bank statements showing that I was double charged, and they still continued making the same mistake over and over again with no apology. I was told I would get a call back once they sorted out the last error, and I have still not heard back weeks later as they keep tacking on late fees to the bill. I am in the process of choosing a new pediatrician due to the disorganization of this company’s billing department, and how they handle their medical records. With advancements in technology, all medical records and billing should be electronic. Mistakes will continue to occur and customers will get upset if things don’t start to change."
"Always has time for us or will make time. Phenomenal doctor. Office staff is top tier and the most professional and personable. I've experienced entirely too many medical receptionist who have horrible attitudes and are inept at their jobs, even left offices because of it. They are wonderful here from phone calls to visits."
