"Same old VA. Screwing over the veterans again. Nothing changes. Still horrible care like all other VA clinics. It's sad that these men and women serve our country to come home and get poor quality of service. I swear you get better quality of care in a third world country. They never confirm appointments, call to ask if this date works for you, no follow through what so ever. Then they lie and say the veteran never called to make the appointment. This place claims to be a premier clinic that is serving the veterans but they still dish out the same old garbage. I'm sorry but veterans deserve better. God Bless."

"Went here for excruciating shoulder pain. Dr was more worried about my anxiety and shuffled me over to mental health. It’s hard to breathe when your pain is above a 10 people and let’s not forget we have to cover our oxygen supply! She did order X-rays which I took but never saw me again or offered any help. Asked for a sling to drive to the Emergency room and was told they didn’t have any. The security guard was more worried about me than the actual staff. Thanks if you’re reading this! I ended up going to the Ann Arbor VA where I also received no help. I feel so bad for us veterans. The ER doctor at Ann Arbor said I had frozen shoulder and to use my other hand I would be alright. Our system is beyond broken. ***************UPDATE******************** Misdiagnosed and dismissed me SEVERAL times. They also had the proof and images showing what was wrong with me and still put me through unnecessary imaging and let me suffer. They said they read my results of imaging and I was fine. I have my results and they were BEYOND wrong. We expect proper care but they can’t even read!!! I saw the ER and their primary care physicians in 2 different clinics and one at the location in Canton….all not doing their jobs properly. These doctors were letting me live in extreme agony for no reason. They made my issue worse and have prolonged my healing time. Went to Florida to get assistance (my aunt took care of me) because I couldn’t care for myself and the VA there in Tampa had answers in less than an hour. If you have another choice don’t use the VA in Ann Arbor. I pray that when you finally another VA or physician they treat you like a human being. I hate that medical care for those who have sacrificed so much is the poorest healthcare we have around! Shame on you for not doing your jobs properly!"
