"Doctor Joseph Michalsen treated me so bad his bedside Manner was absolutely horrendous and completely and utterly uncalled, for I completely felt like he judged me like I’m a drug addict because I went in for kidney pain because I have a kidney infection. I do not recommend ever being seen by the doctor."

"I've now been here 3 times to have my blood drawn, I'm not good with needles and seeing blood sorta makes me woozy, each time I've barely even felt the needle great staff gentle, and in and out fast, and today I was fine didn't feel the needle but i felt weird when it came out and felt super hot and got sick the staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous they got me water and juice and just was worried about me relaxing. Thank you so much again I'd highly recommend this practice."

"I never leave bad reviews for places, but my experience here was very unfortunate and think people are better off going elsewhere. My brother and I had just gotten in an MVC and had neck + head pain. I have had 2 diagnosed concussions before this, and we waited probably about 2 hours for maybe 10 minutes of being evaluated for everything but what we went in for. I explained my head symptoms, and not a single concussion test was performed, nor was any ibuprofen or Tylenol given to us to at least ease the pain until we got home. The doctor (who I will not say the name of) started checking my range of motion everywhere, but never even checked my eyes with a light to see how my tracking was or if my pupils were properly dilated- nothing. The nurse we had was wonderful and far more caring, and we only talked to her for about 3 minutes to be discharged. I know the staff care about their patients, but I felt as though none of my symptoms were considered even the slightest bit by the actual doctor. I followed up with a physician elsewhere 3 days later, and was diagnosed with a concussion after basic tests were done and given medicine to ease my nausea from it. Totally get ER’s go as fast as they can, and all jobs there are very difficult, so I by no means want to bash anyone! I just want to warn others that their emergency needs may not be treated with urgency and care here, as it seems many others have also not been."
