"The urgent care here is an afterthought. The majority of the space is dedicated to lab patients. So they all have to wait all jumbled together with sick people. Wonderful! This place used to be my go-to for quick care, but I won’t be back after what I experienced last week. We stood, first in line, waiting to be checked in while several employees milled around. After being totally ignored for nearly 10 minutes, a very rude receptionist demanded to know why we were there. Pro tip: if you have people working directly with patients, they need to show basic human decency. They also need to at least pretend like they care. The staff here , at least the ones in the check in area , couldn’t care less. Very disappointed!"
"I always love this place! It is one of my go to urgent care's. They are very friendly and professional and they will remember you once they have seen you a few times (The nurses and docs). I would and have recommended this place to family and friends."
