"Literally the worse drs ever! My twins were in the nick for 99 days we come home I have my couple day visit I go on explain my twin is having respiratory issues and dr Cardozo didn’t even look at my twin and mixed them up! That night both twins had to be taken to dmc by ambulance one Alamo died the er dr said if I waited 20 more minutes she wouldn’t be here today! Went to pt relations and all they said was sorry and still tried to let her see my kids! You can never see a dr only residents! Then dr langlois who was fabulous with my older kids is their primary and has never seen them! But goes against our u of m ot/pt refusing to give us a referral for gi was able to get it from our specialist and gi called to move up our appointment because it was more urgent! Same twin needed a swallow study (dealing with wet coughs wheezing for months) her ot told me to ask dr Olsen for a swallow study tried denying it saying it wasn’t necessary but now that same twin has failed 2 swallow studies and has been aspirating on liquids since she’s been born and now requiring surgery to correct! In the last 3 years this clinic has went so far down hill it doesn’t care about the patients just how quick they can get them in and out! We have also been fighting for a month to get dr langlois to fill out a Wic form for my twins as well! The Wic clinic has even reached out and she isn’t responding it’s been sent as high priority at least 6 times in the last month and nothing!"

"Terrible experience with scheduling. My PCP schedules +6 months out and frequently needs to reschedule. I don't see how U of M can be aware of this and still consider themselves customer centric."

"Unless you have a wellness check-up scheduled, don't have any expectation to see a doctor if your child is sick. I called first thing in the morning and was told I would be contacted regarding an appointment within an hour. They finally called back 3 hours later just to tell me to go to an urgent care. I wish I could say that this was an isolated incident, but unfortunately this seems to be the new norm as this has happened consistently over the last couple of years. I don't understand how U of M has the reputation they do when it is impossible to see a doctor when you need to the most. Even during wellness visits, when issues are brought up to the doctor, they are dismissed. No tests are ever run and their is never any follow-up. We are always told to give Tylenol and keep an eye on it. In that case, you might as well save yourself the expense of a medical bill and treat your symptoms yourself, or find a network with doctors who actually want to help vs. this place who are more concerned about making money."

"My doctor who I loved moved out of Michigan, so unfortunately, I was assigned a new doc in the same practice (internal medicine), which was scheduled several months out. I had an appointment in mid-Feb which I had to reschedule due to work issues and was told she has nothing else until DECEMBER. Really?? A doctor is booked solid for 10 months for a current patient? It's ridiculous and I've always had good luck with other U of M doctors, but not at the Canton Health Center. I'm going back to IHA after this."
