"You walk in. Talk to the person at the desk. My experience is a good one. They have the BEST waiting room. Mini fridge stocked with soda, water, and juice. Coffee if you wanted that. Full size snacks. 2 TV's to watch while you wait. I waited about 5-7mins together into the back where they took vitals. Then they tested me for strep and Covid. I would recommend this place to anyone in Canton or surrounding areas. Quick and efficient."

"The care I received at this urgent care by Tracy and Eleanor was nothing short of amazing! When I called to set up an appointment, Tracy was so accommodating, sweet, and professional! You can really tell she loves her job, and is great at it too! Thanks Tracy for the wonderful care you provided! I feel a lot better after my visit."

"If you need urgent care, and they have no visible wait, or patients. DO NOT SHOW UP at 8:47. As they stop taking patients 8:45. This was after I called, and she told me they take their last patient at 8:45 (which I could not see that stated on their website) I told the receptionist I was if front of the canton police department and on my way. She responded if you get here will see you, only to be turned away when I walked in at 8:47. I am a rather patient. man, but when they say one thing and do another it irritates me. Especially when they close at 10:00, and there isn’t a patient in sight, I could understand if there was a few people waiting, well at least one."

"Went in the evening of 3/17/2023 with pain and swelling in the right eye. Staff was quick and caring during sign in. Doctor (Kat) was friendly, caring, efficient, and thorough. I left understanding exactly what was wrong and was provided clear verbal and printed follow-up instructions. I highly recommend Canton Urgent Care Walk-in Clinic."

"Ended up in this urgent care on a weekend due to an eye injury. It was close to closing time for them. There was no one in the waiting room so I did get registered and taken in right away. The exam was comprehensive and efficient at the same time. The NP Ms. Ashley was wonderful and so were the front office staff and MA. The treatment and follow up recommendations were spot on. They also called me the next day to check on my condition. Very impressed! Generally speaking urgent care clinics and ER wait times are going to be the luck of the draw. To all of the people complaining about wait times. There just might be nuances such as a previous patient taking longer than expected or someone more serious getting first preference. To me an urgent care is stellar if they are efficient in their systems, do a thorough exam, show kindness and compassion and make proper follow up recommendations. On all of those counts I would give this place 5 stars for this particular episode"
