"Prices are about average, the quality of the cuts are good and they get done on time. Unfortunately, my dog has come back traumatized from this place. The last time I dropped her off she was greeted by the woman by name and called "trouble maker". I should have taken this as a red flag, but failed to do so at the moment. When I retrieved my dog she was acting nervous and on the edge for about 3-4 days. I'm not quick to jump to conclusions, but between my pet's behavior post grooming and the woman calling her trouble maker I know my dog did not have a good time. I don't think this place is full of bad folks or anyone necessarily malicious, but clearly they don't always treat pets well. They never told me that my dog's behavior is a problem for them, but clearly something was done to traumatize her and the lack of disclosure only makes me think the worst. Owners should take caution and see how their dogs behave and feel after being groomed here."

"Catherine's does a great job keeping our dog looking nice and spiffy. Set up your appointment early because they fill up fast. We usually end up on a wait list but don't mind because someone almost always cancels and opens up a spot. On the day of your appointment, the earlier your drop off, the sooner your dog will be ready. The staff is super friendly and clearly love the dogs. Bring cash or check, no credit cards allowed."

"Our dog is still young and his first groomer was a bit traumatizing, so we took him to Catherine's Pet Parlor for his second groom and they did an awesome job with him! Highly recommend this place for people who have dogs that have a hard time with other groomers. The staff here is excellent and very good with the pups."

"Our Boy has been going there since he was a puppy, 6years ago. Super friendly staff that are very skilled and pay attention to detail. My dogs' cut is always spot on! Prices are Market rate, worth every penny. He has ever had nails bleed of skin cut or any other problems. Like I said, they really take great care of the dogs."
