"I'd give this store a zero if I could. Absolutely horrendous Pharmacy. Store manager lacked any leadership and problem resolution skills. He needs extensive training, and the Pharmacy needs an employee overhaul. Focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE, it's the core of your business."

"Horrible workers at the pharmacy, had to wait 30 mins for my prescription that they told me I don’t need to be charged for since my insurance covers but after going to pick it up they told me they were going to charge me for one of them. I don’t think they know what they’re doing and they like to waste peoples time. They were going to charge me even though my insurance was suppose to cover it 100%"

"Hire some more workers for the pharmacy. Shouldn't have to wait over 30 min for a pickup that is already filled and sitting. The workers that work here are wonderful. Management should respect them and their customers more."

"Got stranded with a flat tire at midnight with nothing else open except McDonald's that doesn't let people inside after a long, late work shift. When I asked to use the bathroom I was told to pee on the ground outside by the cashier. Update; a good friend was very upset by this situation and went to speak to the manager, apparently that wasn't store policy so the cashier will be spoken to."

"20 minutes to pick up a prescription at drive thru and people will cut in front as you are waiting for one of the 2 lanes to be open. Zero sense of urgency and I could see no one in line in the store waiting so what exactly are they doing? Multiple pharmacists and they all look confused with no regard for customer’s time. Done with this pharmacy."
