"Took off my last review so I'm writing another. Online app said in progress/cancel for days for necessary blood pressure med refill. Said call pharmacy. Waited on hold 45 minutes on Sep 27th only to be hung up on. Went to store was told they are busy. Had to wait. Foreign pharmacist rude barely speaks English. GO TO WALGREENS ON WOODWARD IN BIRMINGHAM !!!! took picture of just how busy they were when I got there 5 minutes after I called."
"Can I give less than 1 star? The pharmacy keeps cancelling my prescriptions THAT I AM OUT OF AND NEED and I have called them 6 times today, been on hold at least 15 mins each time, then hung up on. I can’t get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy to find out why my medicine is being cancelled. I’m going to end up in the hospital because of this place!!! The staff always has an attitude when I am able to get my prescriptions and it always takes FOREVER to get them when I go to the store. I am going to ZMC in Royal oak who has been highly recommended to me."
