"I’ve generally had very positive experiences here but today I forgot to bring a 10% off coupon with me, so I had my wife text me a picture with barcode and the promo code and they wouldn’t honor the coupon because I didn’t have it with me in person. From the same store, where one time I had a way cooler manager honor a coupon that was one day expired. Her reason She said “I see you shop at our store a lot” she recognized my face and knew to take care of a good customer. That’s great customer service that this much younger manager could learn from."
