"Referred for procedure. Never offered an annual. Scheduled surgical procedure and took time off work to find out it was never submitted to the hospital. Then received an auto-reminder to show up for surgery follow-up appointment. Called to advise no follow-up was needed because the office never scheduled. They cancelled the appointment and did not apologize for the fact people took off of work for a procedure or try to get it scheduled. I don’t recommend this practice because their follow-up and follow through is ridiculous along with their poor customer service."
"I have been seeing Dr Khraizat since 2017 and he has been one of the most supportive, professional and informed doctors I have ever seen! He and Dr Bui provide detailed care at every visit. Whether in person or over telehealth calls, they never rush their conversations. I am never brushed off and I always feel validated when I express any concerns."
"I have called multiple times, no answer. Finally, I leave a message over a week now. Still no response. If this is how they deal with their phone calls and I can only imagine how they deal with their patients. Who would want to go to a doctor that can't even answer a phone or return a phone call?"

"Dr. Khraizat is a caring doctor who always takes the time to listen and explain things well. I’ve been seeing him since 2015 and have gone through two pregnancies during that time. I’ve always felt supported and cared for. Throughout the years I have also had appointments with Dr. Bui and Mirna and they’re both great as well. I would highly recommend Michigan Women’s Care."
