"Do not stay here. Staff was nice but place is run down, poorly maintained rooms, paint, etc. While waiting to check in and then asking for a room change, there were 3 others who were requesting refunds due to quality. Very disappointing."

"If I could give this a zero star rating I would my mother who just came out of the hospital from open heart surgery to recover but we came to find out we had to move rooms because there were roaches infested and the downstairs which spread to our room. There were no blankets. And they also didn't give us any blankets when we asked for them. They don't do laundry. We had to wait for days for towels there was no shower curtain the bathrooms and the toilet needed plunged every time you used it. The heater blew cold air, no heat, And the staff is so rude. They stole my mail with a $30 gift card in it for my Christmas presents for my grandma and other people's mail came up missing also. The staff steals people's Wyndham rewards so you don't get any free nights for staying for as long as 4 months like we did. And to top it all off my mom's medicine got stolen so we had to call the police and they kicked us out for that which by law were supposed to call the police when a prescription is stolen. They wouldn't refund us they were rude. We stayed there for 4 months & never missed a payment and also never had traffic. And we didn't have to use housekeeping because we had our own vacuum end mop. The room they moved us from Haddon mold on the ceiling like that room should be condemned no place to be shut down. And the room they moved us to do not have a microwave a heater or a refrigerator. The general manager Crystal has a power trip and picks people out that she dislikes and treats them all like dirt. The third shift lady Chrissy is so mean to everybody they charge $15 a plate for breakfast which is the same thing every single day hash and eggs and if you're staying there monthly you can only eat on Monday. Do not ever stay at this place you will regret it 100%. You might as well just throw your money away. Someone should call the health department on these people. So please if you are thinking about staying there don't and trying to get something inside if you can possibly afford it. SMH"

"I’m giving this hotel 1 star. The hotel has mold in it. We found roaches in our rooms. And on top of that there charging 300$ for 2 nights. After speaking the the hotel staff about the roach we found the best they could do was move us rooms. What a cheap skate hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"This place needs to be shut down. The lobby was gross. The water was brown. My shower didn't work and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to help me on my 1970's phone in the room! I had someone approach me for drugs. Most of the guests live there I think. I am so disgusted and paid $80 for a non refundable room. DON'T EVER GO THERE! IT would be better if they turned it into a homeless shelter"

"I basically got the room so I was closer to where I was having dinner with my daughter. So when I got back from dinner, there were cockroaches all over the bathroom and sink area!! I was sick to my stomach! I was very uncomfortable in that room after that find! So I asked to either be refunded or moved. Which I was told she couldn't refund, I'd have to wait till Monday or move 4 rooms down on the same floor! I did decide to stay, but got zero rest for fear of having the roaches crawl on me while I slept!"
