"I would give this place zero stars if I was able. The pricing is outrageous. They charged me $130 per week just for my son to go there before school for an hour. Then their “schedule” was not ideal because they would choose to close during the work week randomly and I would be left with nowhere to bring my son before school. Then the director, Taylor Brown, cannot control her temper. When my son started started going there at the beginning of this school year, I filled out a form with my updated contact information, place of work, emergency contacts, etc. Then I was given a very lengthy packet to fill out last week with all of this other information about my son. I work two jobs, so I kept forgetting to fill the packet out. Taylor Brown decided to call me at work on Thursday in the middle of a class that I was teaching to yell at me about not turning in this packet. I told her that it was not a good time for me to talk because I was at work and cannot be on the phone in the middle of class and I can talk after 3 when I was finished teaching. She chose to completely ignore what I said continue to yell at me. I told her I would bring the packet in tomorrow morning and I was sorry, but she kept yelling at me. I told her again I couldn’t talk anymore and I would bring the packet in the morning. She still kept yelling at me so I had to hang up because I had a class full of 30 students staring at me. The next morning before work, I brought this packet in filled out, and the woman working in the front office told me I am not allowed to bring my son there anymore. I was like what? Why? She handed me a letter saying that they didn’t have my contact information, therefore they could not get a hold of me in the event of an emergency. It was the most insane thing I’ve ever heard!! I have phone records showing they’ve called me on my phone multiple times this year! She also contacted me at work! The real reason is because I couldn’t be on the phone at work, and I had to hang up the phone on Ms. Brown while she was yelling at me like I was a child while I was at work. My students even heard her yelling through the phone and were concerned, asking me who that was. It was so humiliating. These people do not value their clients and clearly do not understand the sacrifices they make just to even send their kids there. I have to pay my $130 per week in advance, and they are refusing to reimburse me for the Friday that they refused to give me the services that I paid for, even though I complied with the director and brought necessary forms in the next morning. That director is a terrible person to put a single mom who has no family in the area in a position where she has nowhere to bring her son AN HOUR before work. She is on a power trip, and enjoys causing problems in people’s lives. This location’s enrollment would be much better if this woman was not their director. I’ve talked to a number of other parents who do not send their kids there anymore because of the pricing, and this places intentionally making things difficult for them, similar to my situation. Maybe they shouldn’t hire employees who yell at parents who are paying $520 per month for their services. That’s a great way to go out of business."

"KinderCare is a safe, fun, and trusted partner to us in our children's education. We have been with them since our daughter was 8 weeks old and she just started Kindergarten and is successfully engaging in remote learning with the support of her KinderCare School Age Teacher. We are so thankful for the West Main KinderCare staff and their love and care for our kids!"

"We have been very happy with KinderCare! Our kids always have something great to say about the daily activity or the caring staff. They make sure to keep the parents involved with daily updates and photos, it’s especially nice for those of us sending our kids to a daycare/preschool for the first time. I have recommend KinderCare to several friends and will continue to do so. I’m so pleased we found a childcare center that both us parents and our children love."

"Our daughter has been at KinderCare for about 1.5 years and they welcomed her with open arms from day one. Everyone has taken great care of her and I don't worry for a second when we walk out the door. She broke her arm at the beginning of the year while playing like all kids do and they were awesome with taking care of her until we arrived and making sure she was okay thru the process. Thanks for always taking care of our little girl like she was your own."

"I absolutely LOVE West Main KinderCare! My son is new to this center, and with all of the recent changes happening within the past few months, I was very nervous for how well he would adjust to a new preschool. I can honestly say, I am beyond impressed by West Main KinderCare. My son is so excited to go to preschool each morning, and has already learned so much! As we are in the middle of a pandemic, the unknown is scary. The health and safety guidelines that KinderCare requires is very reassuring. The app provided is also extremely reassuring, because it provides pictures of my son doing activities, playing, etc. The app also provides detailed information on things like what he eats, how long he naps, daily activities, and even each time he uses the potty! Speaking of the potty, West Main KinderCare is also the reason why my son has finally been using the "big boy" potty at home! I am one thankful Momma!"
