"This place was comically bad. And I have pretty low standards. We booked a non-smoking room, but everyone just ignores that, because the room reeked of smoke and weed. And not just a little bit. I had to launder everything we owned just to get the smell to go away. Walking in, we had to dodge trash and children in all the hallways and stairwells. There was cake and pizza on the floor that still looked decent. The room was barely held together. The bathroom counter was held up by a broomstick. The mirror had graffiti on it. The door had been kicked in before, as we had constant problems with it (and when we got locked out because of it, they had to prybar it open). Someone kicked open our door in the middle of the night (must be a common thing here). Fortunately we had the chain lock on, or we would have had a shootout. We also heard was seemed to be some drug deals going on in our hallway. I guess it was too cold to do it outside. I wish I could say that at least the beds were clean, but they, too, were dirty. We woke up covered in bits of dirt or ash or something. This place is beyond "you get what you pay for" and needs to just be demolished."

"3 nights for $170 thru a 3rd party online website. I wasn't expecting much, I came in with low expectations but I never imagined blood on mattress, wall and a.c unit. I went and got my own cleaning supplies.Garbage stacked up on stair landings and every corner throughout the building. Can't wait to see what the free breakfast will bring."

"Reservation made at 10:00 am Saturday for Sunday. No email received. Called to confirm. No reservation found, even though we had a confirmation number. Remade reservation. Arrived Sunday, had to wait 30 minutes because no clean rooms. Got room and maid service said tv did not work and that she would contact maintenance. Checked with front desk, said she was aware and would get with maintenance. It is now 12:46 in the morning, have contacted front desk who says they will find out what the problem is. The problem is it has been 10 hours, no tv the entire time!!! No follow-up until 12:51 am when maintenance finally showed up! Said that he probably had more important things to do, and also that he had just been notified. Was not able to get Tv to work and was asked to leave at 1am. This is the most sorry dump I have ever stayed in!!!!! Please do not waste your time, energy, or money by staying here!"

"Do not book here. It was awful - so bad, we didn't stay. The carpets were filthy. The front lobby was dirty. The clerk at the desk ignored me for 5 minutes when I showed up to check-in (she was on a personal call). The first room they tried to put us in was under construction. The second room didn't have a working heater. The last room they offered us hadn't been cleaned. They had no more rooms, so we asked for our money back and went elsewhere. Awful!"

"The only thing good about this place is the staff which were very friendly. We didn’t check in until after 7PM and there were dirty sheets just rolled up laying in the hallway as well as other items. Once we got to the room you could plainly see the room door had been kicked in at-least once. The security chain was bent (see photo). There were bugs walking around on the ceiling. Someone’s bread sticks still in the microwave that were rock hard and a tub of sour cream in the fridge that was frozen. The bath tub was busted and caulk to try to patch the cracks(see photo). The sink was also cracked and the bathroom door had a hole in it and was separated at the bottom that someone tried to hold together with what looked like red electrical tape. Nothing in this place was in even in fair condition… Do not go here!"
