"I would give them an average rating. I got excellent treatment, however, a few things - PT is generally more time-consuming here due to the large number of patients per therapist. There was easily 5 patients per therapist (+ more if there was an intern) which was time-consuming to wait for what was next. Plus, it didn't feel very individualized. (Although, it was fun to chat with the other patients! But missing more of my job than necessary wasn't too cool.) Ultimately, their billing practice was why I went elsewhere for a different injury. Instead of billing my insurance and then billing me so I pay exactly what I owe, they requested an up-front large amount (or payment per visit was offered when I commented on this but I went with the up-front large amount). Then they take payments that they estimate from the large amount and then ask for more money when that gets low (without having real insurance costs back yet). This process was painful as I tracked what they were charging me vs. what they should have been charging me based on my insurance, and in the end, I overpaid and to get my money back, I had to go to their main PT office for the refund! Ugh. Giant hassle for payment/insurance tracking and to get what they over-charged me. I decided not to go here for my 2nd PT stint even though this place is located closer to me - I'd probably give it another try if they fixed their billing practices. Even my insurance company indicated they should not be doing this. Comment to owner - Thank you for your interest, however, I'm not going here unless billing is handled like all the other medical appointments I've had in my life, i.e. you bill my insurance, the insurance pays their part and provides me a statement showing what I owe, then I pay what I owe. Simple as that. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI for reference and I can go to one of your competitors who bills like the rest of the medical field."

"I have had chronic pain in my left foot for almost two years as a result of a couple of injuries. Working with Sid and the team at PPTS for the past few months has made an incredible difference in pain reduction. I am finally walking longer distances than I was when I started therapy. The staff is very kind and motivating, as well as personable (I got to know Sid and Allison in particular.) The facility is smaller than others I've been to, but I think this contributes to a more personalized experience. I've been to larger physical therapy centers where I spent time waiting for someone to help me with excercises with little follow up. Not here. What I appreciated most was how Sid and Allison moved me from one exercise to another with little waiting time and made sure I did the excercises in proper form. The pace worked well for me. Did I mention how kind the staff is? Sid also recommended laser treatment, which has helped reduce the inflammation in my foot. They are also flexible with scheduling. The few times I had to cancel I was able to slide into a different slot within a day or two. If you are looking for a more personalized experience for your PT, this is definitely a place to try."

"Inconsistency on rehab, very unorganized although the workers were very nice and polite the director was kind of rude(sid) also was charged $25 copay that I questioned the first and second time and was assured that my copay was $25 for every visit!! Now 13 visits later co-workers told me I shouldn't be paying that my insurance covers it all!! Contacted my insurance and they verified I had no copay called back this facility and was told I would get a refund when I finished my physical therapy Never heard such a thing and they had me scheduled for at least two more weeks out with no money that was owed to me until then Sid told me she could get it back within 30 days so I asked them to close my physical therapy that day. I am Still waiting on payment of what is owed. I definitely wouldn't recommend them also Might want to confirm your copay is If you do go."

"I highly recommend this establishment. The physical therapists there are lovely, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They take the time to explain to you what may be occurring and establish a plan/pathway forward. Every person you come in contact there is pleasant and helpful. I had heel pain as a result of plantar fasciitis and I am so pleased that they were able to get me to a point where I have little to no pain."

"Absolutely an awesome experience here. From the front desk receptionist to working with my two PT therapists, I can't say enough about how good they were in getting me back to feeling great! One of the reasons I really liked it here were the teamwork between everyone who works there. It didn't matter which one of my two thereapists were working with me, if I had to switch to the other one for a few minutes, it was seamless. The place is just the right size, they have enough equipment to assist patients from neck and shoulders to knees and ankles. They also use heat and ice to help patients feel and get better. Many PT places don't use those two items anymore. Another plus, I was also able to start within a few days of when I called for appointments. Other places had a 2-3 week wait. My two tip: Be on time--it make the workout and time there much easier. Practice your home exercises--it really helps you get better faster! I highly recommend them."
