"Took my daughter here for her newborn appointment until her 4 month appointment and switched offices completely due to lack of care and consideration. Dr. Wise was completely rude, belittling, and insulting with how I chose to care for my daughter. She instilled a lot of worry when there was no need as well. The front desk staff was usually pretty nice, but unfortunately this office as a whole was not very welcoming or warm. I do not recommend this office for your children’s care."

"Have been bringing my kids here since they were newborns, my oldest is now 5 years old. Easy to get a hold of the nurses through the 24/7 call line when I have a question after hours. Always willing to get me an appointment same day when needed. Receptionists are friendly. No complaints."

"I'm not really sure why this office is unable to hire friendly, informative office staff because today when I called and spoke with AUDRIANA she was extremely rude and really not able or willing to help with scheduling an appointment. She informed me that there are absolutely no appointments available through September which is fine, I accept that but could you have possibly suggested me going on a wait list for my scheduling conflict I have? AUDRIANA do better, learn better customer service skills."

"The doctors and receptionists are great! They're so reassuring. I especially want to call out Kelly to the office manager for being so kind and understanding when we missed our daughter's appointment. She turned my morning around! The nurses have the opposite effect on me. They usually make me feel like an idiot when I ask a question for not asking sooner. I really want to be understanding because their jobs are extremely taxing, but every time I get a call back about a question I feel like a bad parent. If we didn't love the rest of the office so much we'd probably be looking somewhere else. To be fair, all of my nurses at other doctors seemingly have lost empathy too."
