"I've had nothing but positive experiences with scheduling appointments via phone and or online. I prefer Canton IHA over Ann Arbor and or Plymouth. Checking in always has been pleasant for me. Comfortable lobby. Quick check in. Mohammed Abdrabboh, MD definitely deserves recognition. If you are seeking an MD that has good energy/vibe, type of person like myself....I highly suggest you set up an appointment with him! He's very patient, specifically with people like myself who may have high anxiety at times. He takes his time to thoroughly explain things. He cares about his patients. His referrals, to other doctors/specialists out here in Canton has too been a positive experience for me!"
"Worst phone service, called 2 times waited 15 minutes each time, i called just to confirm my appointment they hangups on me 2 times Worst service"
"Such a worst and irresponsible staff and doctors. They will cancel appointment if we are late by 5min but they can keep infants for hr to be checked. Or else they will ask to reschedule. For timely vaccine they asked to reschedule that’s how responsible they are. Should have a way to take action on these clinics and staff."
