Beaumont Urgent Care

"The slowest "urgent" care I've been to. The staff could care less. Will definitely not be coming here again. Update: I'll add another star. I got a call from the practice manager who was very nice and understanding. She said she would take my feedback and use it to improve. Let's hope that happens and can improve the workflow."

"Carol G was very rude, condescending and unprotected. The tech was great and so was the front desk lady. Carol walked into room without even saying hi, or introducing herself walked up to me to pull down my mask to look at my throat. I don't even think she introduced herself at all, and I only know her name from the paperwork. She told me no strept test cause my throat looked fine and wasn't red, it feels like I'm swallowing nails it hurts so bad. I have insurance I don't understand why it wouldn't just be done also. She was looking at my foot saying it had a "rash" when it was blotchy from wearing shoes. There was no rash. She was very rude when trying to tell her where to send my prescription, multiple times told me the place didn't exist and she couldn't send it somewhere that wasn't showing up on her computer. She finally found it but was very very rude about it. She didn't even ask if I wanted the medication, she didn't go over my health history or medications to make sure I am able to take it. I have auto immune disorder and didn't even ask me. I then asked if it was safe to take while breast feeding and she said "that's a pharmacist question". She then asked how old my baby was and when I responded with 2 years old, she very rudely laughed and said "two years old I'm sure that's fine." It was like I was being shamed for breastfeeding my 2 year old. I sat there to wait for my results of my foot and she walked in while pushing a paper at me saying "your foot is fine". I've been in pain for over a month, and asked for an xray for a reason. I understand now that maybe it's not broken but that doesn't deter the fact that I'm in pain. After handing me that paperwork and walking out she said nothing else while I was sitting there. You have someone who comes in sick and not feeling well and treat them rude and like they're stupid. I'm a nurse and this is the most unprofessional thing I've ever encountered. I live about 40 mins away from here and went there because it was close to where I was visiting. I would absolutely never recommend anyone to come here if that is the only doctor/NP available. I'm very upset and disappointed in the Healthcare field, and that someone would treat someone this way, especially while they're not feeling well."

"I had outstanding service I came in and was taken back and treated with kindness and compassion. I really felt like my needs were taken care of. 10/10 would recommend! thank you to the doc and lovely nurse that helped me especially since it was way over there closing time."

"Wonderful experience and excellent care by the Beaumont Urgent Care staff team. The tech who came in to take my vitals and testing was excellent! She made me feel really comfortable and very caring and comforting as I wasn’t feeling well. The Dr. was fabulous too! She did the exam and told me my testing results. Very caring and comforting as well! I told her I truly appreciate the kindness her and the staff provided me. Kudos to the staff team there!!!"
