"If I could give Zero stars I would. I had 2 small wounds on my shin that would not heal and it had been 5 months. I was told to call a Wound Clinic to have them look at it so I called these guys. I specifically asked if I needed a referral or if they would take my insurance and if it was only co-pay. He said no to the referral and yes to the co-pay. I get there and they made me go through 30 minutes all these examination things that were ridiculous. Then the doc comes in with 2 other people tells the girl to put this sav on there and to order me a script for it and come back in a week. She dotted sav on it and put gauze over it. I told them my pharmacy but the kept insisting I use their mail order script because it's cheaper. So I said fine. They gave me a small cup of the sav and sent me home. 1 week later and still no prescription in the mail. Then I had to call and reschedule my check up appt. because of a family issue. They said no problem. I went back the 2nd time, they just looked at my wound said it looked great and walked out. I then told the female doc I never got my script. Oh that was because the only time I had ever used a mail order script was 10 years ago and no one gave them up updated info! Fast forward to today I have now gotten a bill from Goshen General Hospital for $519.00 minus $348 (from my insurance) and I am being told I owe $171 to them just for using this facility which is located across the street from them and another bill from this place for $180 charge for the first visit and an $80 charge for the visit I had to reschedule with no insurance deductible! So $420 - Never again will I use them. Probably the worst experience for me at a medical facility ever!"
