"I saw Jennifer Hartl. She seemed nice, initially, but she made medical mistakes and was unprofessional with me. So, I changed my primary care. 1. I have a diagnosed heart condition, by a cardiologist. I've had it for years. She was informed, when I became her patient. I was unhappy with my current doctor and asked for a referral to a cardiologist that was also closer to me. She acted like I was making the heart condition up and wasting her time. I did not get referral. I later found inaccurate information in my medical chart. For example, I, now, had a "memory problem," among other things, and the records stated I was complaining about an UNDIAGNOSED heart problem that couldn't be found despite testing. (In case you're wondering, it was later reconfirmed by an outside physician.) 2. She was ignorant of basic medical terms. I was having recurrent ear infections. I explained I had inner ear infections according to urgent care that specific time. She proceeded to say, "Where well else would it be?" I explained what it meant. She read he urgent care notes, and then she tried to cover up the fact that she clearly didn't know basic ear anatomy. Then, she sent me to a specialist for the wrong diagnosis, so I didn't get proper care"

"I have been going here for years and the care and service just gets better every time. The staff is friendly,caring and accommodating. I am fully confident on each visit that I am receiving the best care possible and I always leave with a smile because of the wonderful people that work here."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The staff is incompetent and the primary care physicians will leave info out of your charts as well as ignore major side effects of medication. I have only had Hartl for 6 months and she is by far the worst medical professional I have encountered. She treated me in a completely unprofessional and demeaning way, and I can honestly say my experience with her was traumatizing. All around the entire staff ignores and belittles serious/debilitating symptoms. If I could rate them any lower I would."
