"Rude cashier. Told her I was buying something because I had an allergic reaction. She said it was because I was wearing shorts today and it cold out even though I described what happened to her. She then went on to mention how she knew someone from Germany who says that they all dress warm and that we as Americans are proud of our ignorance. I guess this was her way of indirectly insulting me to my face. Seemed unnecessary to me as you could just tell you coworkers about a customer dressing like an idiot once they leave. Either way I also won't be returning because the prices almost anywhere else are cheaper."
"Awful staff, not professional. I had two separate staff members ( the young blonde male pharmacist and a woman ) confirm medication was in stock on two separate days and that the prescriptions would be ready for pick up this afternoon. When I arrived I was told that they do not check the shelf stock prior to confirming and my prescriptions were in fact not available and had been out of stock for quite some time. Absolutely no accountability was taken for the inconvenience caused by the incompetent staff members."
"Empty shelves, nobody working the store other than the one person on the front register, pharmacy doesn’t count they never know where anything is. I cannot believe how bad this place has gotten I mean there are completely empty sections. I managed a Rite Aid about 20 years ago and I would’ve been fired on the spot if my store looked like this one."
