"I called to inquire about a second charge on my account. when speaking it over rather then making me feel comfortable about it the bartender who answered the phone argued with me and made my experience absolutely terrible. i love pigeon hill n such and this put an absolute terrible feeling for me and i honestly will not come back to this establishment. i couldn't finish a sentence without her talking over me and she did not make me feel any better about them double charging my card. I understand a system issue can happen but the level of customer service i got was absolutely terrible. which is why im leaving the review nothing to do with the second charge itself ."

"Stopped in on the way out to Milwaukee. Have to say, I never knew Muskegon had such an AWESOME place to go. We have family that lives here now so expect us back at somepoint soon (From Detroit). The Granny's Chicken Sandwich was to die for and the Gutter Balls were AMAZING. The Arcade area was a hit with myself and the whole fam. Next time I want to do an adult tour so we can bowl, throw darts and try some beer. Great establishment!"
"Great place to enjoying some quality time with your friends and family! Great food, great drinks and great atmosphere that all ages can enjoy together! I specifically recommend to reserve a slot for you all to have a little competition of bowling in here! Latest technology equipment and concept of bowling to participate in and enjoy it ! "Drinks and food were good. The mozzarella sticks were definitely the best dish we had there! The burgers were good and so were the fries! The grilled chicken on the salad was so incredibly dry. The dressing did not help at all. I would not recommend ordering a salad. The garlic parmesan wings were delicious! The nash chicken sandwich was also very good! The bowling was such a great time!! We had a blast playing the yard games as well! We can't wait to come back!"
