"Every time I order it’s wrong . I keep trying because I love Sonic’s but I honestly believe this is my last time . I paid for a peach slush with strawberries and lemons . All I got was water with ice and a little flavor . I’m so disappointed. I was looking forward to that drink ."
"Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered online for pick up. Pulled up to the side where you order/pickup. Pushed the button, the lady came on and asked if I was here to order or pickup, I said pickup. She asked for my name then told me it's coming out. My son and I waited there for 30 minutes.. multiple people in the drive-thru received their orders. I pressed the button again, wouldn't work. Tried to walk in, doors were locked. Went back to the car (right in front of the window so she could see me this whole time) I called twice, finally got a hold of her. Was placed on hold for another 10 minutes.... at this point it's been an hour, I'm ready to leave and say forget it but I already paid for my order online. She finally takes me off hold and says I never checked in which I did. I spoke to her! She was trying to argue with me, extremely unprofessional and rude. Does not apologize, nothing, finally brings out my melted ice cream and says nothing. I understand she's human, probably forgot that I had checked in while multi-tasking the drive-thru but to try to blame the mistake on me instead of apologizing was wrong. Never again."
"Went through the drive-thru since the car hops are inoperable & the inside isn’t open either. We still were going to utilize the picnic tables in front after ordering through the drive-thru, so I asked specifically for napkins & utensils. Asked at the window again just to clarify & we were told they were in the bags, checked the bags quickly could not see any of either in them, asked again & we’re told they were in the bag. We parked the vehicle & pulled out our food, no utensils/napkins, we had ordered larges of everything as we are a family of 4 & share because we wanted a little of everything. All sizes were small/side containers. At that point the line was wrapped out to the main drive & wasn’t worth the waste of going back for the order to be corrected. Just go to another fast food place."
"Basic American drive through joint. The menu gets innovative, but retains all the basics. Burgers, hotdogs, shakes, and ice cream. Food is acceptable. Wait time is acceptable. No frills, really. It's comfort food for the fat American."
