"I forgot why we stopped coming here. Our server was pleasant but not attentive. We waited over 45 minutes for food which by the way was burnt when it did arrive. We also had to ask for silverware also wait 5 minutes for it, and it was plastic utensils. And then waited another 20 minutes for our bill. Despite being brought refills. And asked if we were ready for check. Overall we like the food most of the time but 9 out of 10 times it is not worth the $$$."

"I've been meaning to post this review of our experience with this particular Chillis for a couple of months now, and it is all because of our experience with the amazing service and our amazing waitress, Kyle. Kyle was friendly and kind from the get go, cracked a few jokes here and there, very pleasant individual. Our food was delicious, I am not really a Chillis type of person, but those Nashville hot chicken tenders were one of the best I've had in a long time. The margarita my wife was having was also very tasty and sweet, my wife really enjoyed them. This is where Kyle went above and beyond. We had order a second margarita since my wife liked it so much and so Kyle put the order at the bar. The place was pretty busy though and so they couldn't get to our drink, which I mean we get it, when it's busy it's busy. Kyle kept checking but nothing would be out for us, so this dude goes to the bar and starts asking the bartender how to make the margarita step by step and starts making it for us. Your kindness didn't go unnoticed man, we still really appreciate that. We stopped here on our way to Canada, it is a Chillis so the atmosphere is pretty much what you expect from these type of places, not much to say about that. Thanks Kyle!"

"Ordered only one Molten Chocolate Cake. Tastes was really good, but there is no cleanliness and order was too late. Our order came after 1hour delay."

"I went to Chili's with my sister for dinner. The hostess greeted us when we walked in. We were seated right away. Our server came to the table about 10 minutes after we were seated. She took our beverage order and came back with them, plus our salsa and chips. She took our food order when she came back. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. During the wait for our food, the server didn't revisit our table. When we got our food, it was hot and delicious. Well worth the wait! I ordered steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas. It comes with beans, rice, guacamole, flour tortillas, cheese and sour cream. I recommend this chili's. I will come here again."
