"Went through drive thru. Young lady over the speaker didn't let me get a word in to say my order with interruptions. Then found at window, everyone is laughing and having a good time. Well, no focus. They forgot my chips. I had to tap on the window to get their attention. Then when I got home, the sub I ordered WITHOUT lettuce had a ton of Lettuce on it, not to mention the bread was rock hard. I don't usually have problems at this store, but new faces are showing that they are not focused on their costumers and their quality of food. Disappointed."
