"Everything was cold even though I had to wait for it to be done. Fry’s had so much salt they couldn’t even be eaten. Chicken strips tasted good but were cold so I would eat here again."
"Visited today January 6, store was immaculately clean, staff was busy at work, everybody I saw order received piping hot fresh food. CHRIS is amazing, customer service stellar and that’s rare these days. I had gotten an attitude because I saw someone pickup before me and thought he had just left me standing there. Alas, the food wasn’t done yet but he gave me a charming smile and patiently explained the situations and assured me it’d be fresh and done shortly. He also apologized for the slight discrepancy He was able to smooth things over easily. I am pleased and will return."
"The Other bad reviews don't lie, this is an absolutely atrocious establishment with the worst service imaginable. 5 or 6 people waiting in store while the young man at the counter is chatting on the phone, he puts phone down, casually walks in back and then back out front and proceeds to pick up phone in front of all customers waiting and start mumbling again into phone at the surprise of everyone there. There are other staff present, they are all chatting and laughing to themselves, everyone has a bad energy l, really apathetic and mean looking. The other people in crowd all seem to have a issue with what they ordered. Place is a diaster. I wont ever be darkening its door again. I advise the owners to invest in more professional staff."
"Absolutely the WORST food I have ever eaten. How is this place still in business? Corporate needs to fire the employees working Tuesday night on 01/02/2024 because they don’t give not one care in the world. I was placed on hold for 15 min and then hung up on. Terrible service through and though. Got 40 wings ordered online, and my family was disgusted. The fries were burned and covered in a sweet BBQ seasoning, even though we never asked for this. We have never eaten anything worse than this and will NEVER return. So bad that I am demanding my money back."
"I can see why this place has 1* reviews left and right. I ordered a 10 piece of plain and Louisiana Rub. There was little to no sauce on the wings for my Louisiana Rub. I read earlier they need 'Fire and Re-hire' and I couldn't agree more. Get these jokers out of here. Making the brand look real bad right now."
