"After being disappointed in the lack of food and service at many locations, i finally found one with great customer service. The staff was so polite. The area was clean. They gave the perfect portion. They were on top of making sure everything was stocked which is rare these days."
"I got here at 12:45 I left with my food at 1:14. 30 freaking minutes. Every time I come here they always out of food and have to make more food. You just opened up how are you out of food at 1245. You should just be replenishing food not out of food and having to cook more food. And because they’re out of food you know they don’t have veggies. So people who don’t eat meat have to get a bowl of rice corn and lettuce. Will be my last time coming to this location. I can always count on the location in Royal Oak. Never run out of food and always have veggies. The other locations I’m and around Detroit are the same as this location."
"Literally had to call before I ordered because of the reviews. However my experience was really well they had everything except for fajita vegetables which seems like something that they are out of a lot honestly when it comes to fast food I think people need to be a little bit more understanding. There are a lot of teenagers working at this one so of course they are not as polished as we would expect someone who is a seasoned customer service worker. By that I mean very dry but not in a rude way but again my food was good . I'm giving them a two on the atmosphere because it was very dirty in there and they do need to start wiping off their counter in between each burrito/bowl."
"Bugs in my bowl. I’ve been going here for a while, they are usually out of some items or there is long wait times, but manageable. My bowl this time had several gnats crawling around in it. Major bummer."
