Del Taco

"Tortilla was old, dry and fell apart while trying to eat my burrito. The restaurant was dirty. Tables not wiped down. Your shoes stuck to the floor when you walked. Makes you wonder what the back of the restaurant looks like."

"I was missing a bag of a few items, and I called, and they said, "Come back and come inside. So I brought back my bag, and immediately they made my entire order again so my other food wouldn't be cold and asked if I wanted the food i brought back to or a drink or dessert, whch I declined on all counts, but seriously sweet. The nicest people work here and I know people get mad about missing items, but anyone reading this, just don't, its not intentional and you may even get more goodies just for being sweet while you wait for your redo!!! I LOVE this Del Taco and their crew! THANK YOU!!!!"

"My wife and I have recently discovered Del Taco. We love it, this is our 3rd time in 2 weeks eating at the Livonia location on Middle Belt. Tonight one of our borritos, the Crispy Chicken Epic Borrito. Had a massive chunk of inedible hard under ripened avocado in it. Roughly 2 inches long as shown in photos. I don't see any reason this should have been overlooked. If someone is scooping guacamole. There is no way they aren't noticing this. It's negligence based on flat out laziness. Ontop of that the amount of actual guacamole was hardly noticeable. Unfortunately I did not take a photo of that before we ate our frustrating meal. Very disappointing"

"The service I've received tonight was absolutely terrible. Being the only person in the drive thru, it took over 20 minutes for three people to complete my order after paying. I understand shift changes or short staffing sure, but this didn't seem like either of those. Second, everything we ordered was actually cold by the time we got home - not lukewarm, actually cold. Finally, I ordered a fish taco and received a tortilla filled with unmelted cheese instead. What??? Edited: And the bean burritos had cheese in them despite requesting (and being confirmed) otherwise, for someone who cannot eat cheese. Let me reiterate, we were the only people in the drive thru. I'm sorry, we're just all very disappointed. Go to Taylor instead, even if this place is closer."

"Always an extremely long wait, whether there is one person in line or 6, it doesn’t matter, you will wait a very long time. Instead of asking me which sauces I want, they make the assumption every single time that I only want mild sauce, so I always have to ask for hot sauce after she tries to hand me the order. Stop making funnel cakes in the same fryer as other food, it makes everything else taste like a doughnut. Slow, lazy people who have not been trained well in customer service. They basically say nothing to you but your total. Half the time my food is perfect, the other half it’s missing tomatoes or falling out of a burrito that is falling apart. I’m not sure how it could take 15 minutes to make any of the food they serve, especially since most of the ingredients are probably sitting in pre-cut tubs and just have to be assembled. Someone from corporate needs to work on this location. And I just found this very hard seed in my burrito."
